A Look into Our Work

Before And After on this Bonanza Landing Gear Transformation

After Over 75 Years of use, the landing gear on this a35 Bonanza was in need of a major overhaul. Continental GTSIO-520 Removal and Installation on a Cessna 421

This customer experienced an in-flight engine failure. Upon landing safely, our team inspected the engine and found an exhaust valve split in two, chewed up by the cylinder, then spit out and sent through the turbo charger, as well as cracking on multiple cam lobes throughout the engine. The customer opted for a complete engine overhaul. We then performed the engine removal and installation on field to get the customer back in the air.
